Eviction Day Foreclosures in America 2009

One of the founding principles of America was the right of anyone to own property. From 2001 to 2004 the US Constitution was attacked. Most Americans did nothing about. The right to privacy, being safe in your home, with your papers and belongings were all protected. Not any more. From the end of 2004 after the election to 2007, the world watched as millions of Americans refinanced their homes.

When I bought my first home at the age of 30, I had to show proof of income through a W-4 form in the US. The US Government changed all of the laws that have kept Americans safe and in their homes. The result? One in eight Americans in 2009 cannot make their mortgage payments.

The illusion was created that real estate would continue to raise in value, big time. Now? The US is about to go into a collapse that will make the 1929 crash look like a garden party.

Good luck America.

The Southern Hemisphere will keep you in our prayers.

Cheers

it sure is sad that …
it sure is sad that banks are being bailed out and then kicking homeowners out. the only problem is how long will it take before the banks go out of business then sell the company. the new company will charge the homeowners back payments and force immediate payment.

the best thing for homeowners in these situations should contact someone that is creative and can get them some cash for the sell of their house.

Sure, he made a mistake by buying at the height of the market with an ARM, but, who made the ing loan? A BANK! Then THEY get OUR tax dollars and kick guys out on the street. go figure.

There’s alot of blame to go around for this situation, namely the banking executives, along with many congressman and senators.I’m surprised people aren’t rioting in the streets over this blatant criminality.

    Thanks for your …
    Thanks for your work.
My home, like several hundred others in 1992 in SoCal, was stolen from me by a scam involving a mortgage corp. and escrow/RE corp. I have never recovered.
It doesn’t just go away! Help your neighbors if you can, do not be selfish!
Pray for everyone, give if you can.
